Carson Burkett (Director) Carson is a Virginia native who relocated to Lancaster last year. He has performed in numerous shows throughout the last decade including PARADE, PETER AND THE STARCATCHER, and MARY POPPINS; as well as QUEEN ESTHER and JESUS with Sight & Sound Theatres. He has also had the privilege to direct many additional shows including JOSEPH… TECHNICOLOR DREAMCOAT, BLITHE SPIRIT, and Disney’s TARZAN. Carson is very grateful for his cast for their infectious humor and joy, his artistic team for their incredible hard work, and Servant Stage for their dedication to accessibility and excellence in the performing arts.

Rebecca Bauer (Costume Designer) has been a part of Servant Stage from the beginning, helping to start the company in 2011, serving on the board of directors, and designing costumes for many Servant Stage shows over the years; including TUCK EVERLASTING, RAGTIME, THE MUSIC MAN, A CHRISTMAS CAROL, SHERLOCK HOLMES, THE IMPORTANCE OF BEING EARNEST, FOREVER PLAID, and many more. Originally from New Hampshire, she is a graduate of New England Bible College and now lives in Strasburg with her husband, Johnathan, and children, Gabriel, Jubilee, and Emmanuel.

Melissa Edwards (Stage Manager/Lighting Designer) is grateful to be working with Servant Stage again and is excited to be working on her first touring show. After earning her Bachelor's degree in Theatre from the University of Central Arkansas, Melissa worked behind the scenes at theatres in Kentucky, Nebraska, Virginia, New Jersey, and Connecticut before landing in Pennsylvania. She was the Associate Lighting Designer at Sight & Sound Theatres for 10 years, where she met her husband and biggest supporter, Curt. Since then, Melissa has worked with Franklin & Marshall College, Lancaster Bible College, Reverie, Sight & Sound Conservatory, Dutch Wonderland, the Barn in Strasburg, and Servant Stage, focusing on both lighting design and stage management. She is passionate about supporting shows behind the scenes and mentoring students on the technical side of theatre so they too might discover a new passion.

Hayley England-Yawney (Touring Manager) Originally from Cecil County, Maryland, Hayley began studying theatre in early high school, and went on to graduate from the Sight & Sound Conservatory in 2019. After making her Servant Stage debut in the cast of NEWSIES in 2022, she fell in love with the mission and community of Servant Stage, leading her to perform in a number of other productions over the last few years. She officially joined the Servant Stage staff in July of 2024, and continues to enjoy every minute of being on the road as Touring Manager! Jeffrey Martin (Vocal Director) is excited to return to Servant Stage as Music Director for this production. Jeffrey served as vocal instructor for Servant Stage’s Youth and Teen Companies this past summer and thoroughly enjoys working with this thriving artistic community. He has worked as Music Director for multiple productions and serves as Director of Vocal Studies and Interim Associate Chair of the Music Department at Lancaster Bible College. When not teaching or directing, Jeffrey can be found on the Opera and Concert stages in the area, most recently in Penn Square Opera’s production of Menotti’s THE MEDIUM. Jeffrey is excited to co-direct this music with his wonderful wife, Abigail, and enjoys spending time outdoors with their two children.

Abigail Martin (Vocal Director) is excited to join Servant Stage for the first time, music directing LITTLE WOMEN. As a professor of voice at Lancaster Bible College, Abigail has experience directing productions of musical theater and opera alike. She can also be found performing, and was recently seen as Monica in Menotti's THE MEDIUM this past fall with Penn Square Opera. When Abigail isn't teaching or performing, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two children.

Arran Mills (Audio Engineer) Little Women is my first show with Servant Stage. I’ve worked as an audio engineer for a few other theatre organizations around Lancaster such as Piercing Word and The Fulton. I am currently a full-time audio engineer at American Music Theatre. Lauren Merriman (Assistant Stage Manager) is originally from the "Land of Oz," or Kansas, and moved to PA to attend the Sight & Sound Conservatory graduating in 2024. She loves all things singing, dancing, and acting and has been performing for 11 years now. Some of her favorite past roles have been Harriet Smith (Jane Austin's EMMA), Janet Van DeGraff (THE DROWSY CHAPERONE), and Wednesday Addams (THE ADDAMS FAMILY). She also enjoys being on the other side of performing as she has co-directed and choreographed a handful of shows. 2 Timothy 1:7

Geoff Morgan (Wigs/Hair/Makeup) is excited to be a part of the production team bringing LITTLE WOMEN to life, and working alongside his good friend Carson. Geoff got his start in musical theatre and special effects hair and make up in high school, and then professionally in 2015. He has designed and worked on multiple productions in Virginia, Maryland, and Pennsylvania, and has also enjoyed teaching workshops and masterclasses throughout the area. Since living in Lancaster, Geoff has worked with Sight & Sound Theatres, the Fulton, Servant Stage, PRiMA, Magic and Wonder, Piercing Word, and Lancaster Bible College both onstage and off and appreciates each opportunity he is provided to perform or work alongside so many talented individuals. When not at the theater, Geoff is the Events Director for Victory Church, a multisite church throughout Lancaster County. Enjoy the show!

Sydney Norgaard (Lighting Assistant) is delighted to be a part of Servant Stage's production of LITTLE WOMEN! Sydney, currently a senior at Millersville University, served as Stage Manager for I’LL FLY AWAY, NEWSIES JR, BEAUTY AND THE BEAST JR, and Assistant Stage Manager for NEWSIES, RAGTIME, and JOY TO THE WORLD. She most recently performed in Servant Stage’s TUCK EVERLASTING, BIG FISH, DON’T ROCK THE JUKEBOX, THE MUSIC MAN, JUMP JIVE AND JUKEBOX, ROCK AROUND THE CLOCK, and A CHRISTMAS CAROL. Recent credits include American Music Theatre’s SONGS OF THE SILVER SCREEN and the 2011-2017 Christmas Shows. Sydney has performed with Fulton Theatre, Sight & Sound Theatres, PRiMA Theatre, and Creative Works Lancaster as well. Danielle Poznanovic (Assistant Director/Choreographer) is ecstatic to make her production team debut and return to her Servant Stage family and the story of LITTLE WOMEN, after performing in Servant Stage’s production in 2017 as Jo March. Originally from Ontario, Canada, Danielle has been working professionally for 12 years. Some favorite credits include: Jo March in LITTLE WOMEN (Servant Stage), Carole King in BEAUTIFUL: THE CAROLE KING MUSICALl (Broadway Palm Dinner Theatre), Florika in THE HUNCHBACK OF NOTRE DAME (Riverside Performing Arts), Featured Vocalists in SWING! and BEEHIVE (Dutch Apple Dinner Theatre), and Mrs. Walker in TOMMY (Thingamajig Theatre). Choreographer work includes: BORN FOR THIS (Lititz Area Mennonite School), POLLYANNA (Lancaster County Christian School), FIDDLER ON THE ROOF and ANNIE (Veritas Christian Academy, Sparta NJ). Shaun Ressler (Audio Engineer) is no stranger to Servant Stage, having designed sound and acted in many of their past productions. He has a passion for theater, sound design, and singing, and has worked with several local theaters including Popovsky Performing Arts Studio, Prima, and EPAC. Shaun graduated from Millersville University with a BA in Music (Voice) and a BS in Computer Science, and works as a Software Engineer for Cargas Systems. All my love to Kayla and Nolan, and many thanks to the Servant Stage team for all their support and encouragement!

JT Schaeffer (Sets & Props Construction) has been involved with Servant Stage since 2019 as an actor, special projects, and prop/set maker. He has worked for Sight & Sound Theaters for 5 years now in various capacities such as Actor, Deck Technician, and Props/Decor Craftsperson, and loves putting those skills to use in the community. His mother and sister are performers in the cast for LITTLE WOMEN and he is super proud of their hard work. His wife, Lauren, is also part of the Stage Management team. It's a family affair! He is the proud father to Jovi and Nora and wants to help build the community they will be a part of as they grow.

Lauren Schaeffer (Stage Manager) is delighted to work on a treasured novel-turned-musical from behind the scenes! This is an extra special production as she gets to see her own family-in-love shine as Marmee (Joy) and Jo (Jacqui). She has great memories directing the junior versions of Servant Stage's NEWSIES, SOMETHING ROTTEN, ANASTASIA, THE LION KING, ONCE ON THIS ISLAND, ALADDIN, and FROZEN; but is looking forward to collaborating on LITTLE WOMEN from a production/management perspective. You may have seen Lauren in the Servant Stage productions of TITANIC, THE MUSIC MAN, or A CHRISTMAS CAROL,  but more recently as a part of the "astonishing" Servant Stage staff. She is a Liberty University alum and currently spends her time raising her own "little women," Jovi and Nora, alongside JT! As always, thank YOU for supporting live theatre.

Marian Stephens (Assistant Stage Manager) is a recent graduate of the Sight & Sound Conservatory and has been happily residing in Strasburg, PA for over two years now. Combining her training with a love for music and storytelling, she has enjoyed participating in various productions across the Lancaster area. Currently, you can find her performing at the Strasburg Railroad. After serving as rehearsal stage manager for Piercing Word's ADVENT OF CHRISTMAS last Fall, Marian is excited to continue growing her experience with stage managing and is grateful for the opportunity to work with Servant Stage on this wonderful production. Marian would like to thank her family and friends for their constant support, and thank God for His constant provision, without which nothing she does would be possible.

Lenae Tortolano (Costume Assistant) has been costuming since 2019 and is overjoyed to be a part of LITTLE WOMEN with Servant Stage! Her most recent shows have been; MARY POPPINS with Cavod, BEAUTY & BEAST JR, FIDDLER ON THE ROOF, JINGLE BELL JUKEBOX, and BIG FISH with Servant Stage, SEVEN BRIDES FOR SEVEN BROTHERS, FROZEN JR, and CINDERELLA with Lancaster Academy for the Performing Arts. Besides costuming, Lenae teaches at Lancaster Academy, and serves in her local church, and performs. Most importantly, Lenae strives to give God the glory. 1 Thessalonians 5:11

Jordan Awe (John Brooke) is very excited to be returning to Servant Stage. You may have seen him in last year's production of FIDDLER ON THE ROOF as the Rabbi’s Son. He is a graduate of the Sight & Sound Conservatory where he performed in MOSES and MIRACLE OF CHRISTMAS. Some recent credits include Beast in BEAUTY AND THE BEAST, George Banks in MARY POPPINS and Malcolm in MACBETH. Jordan originates from the beautiful state of Michigan but has enjoyed his time getting to know Pennsylvania. Dwight Bayer (John Brooke) is psyched to be in his first Servant Stage production! His previous roles include Davey in Disney’s NEWSIES (the Rockford Studio), Frederic in Gilbert & Sullivan’s PIRATES OF PENZANCE (Pensacola Christian College), and Demetrius in Shakespeare’s A MIDSUMMER NIGHT’S DREAM (Pensacola Christian College). Dwight loves the opportunity to tell stories in many mediums such as theatre, music, and art. He thanks the one true God, his supporting family, his encouraging friends, and his beautiful wife and enchanting muse, Makayla.

Tirzah Byers (Amy March - Backup)  is thrilled to be a part of this astonishing cast of LITTLE WOMEN. Tirzah has trained two years at Lancaster Bible College, studying musical theater and stage management. She has also had glorious opportunities in various theatrical roles; performing, stage management, choreography, directing, theatrical camps, and vocal coaching. Favorite stage credits include Portia in Keystone Theatrics' SOMETHING ROTTEN!, Jerusha Abbott in LBC’s DADDY LONG LEGS, Amy March in LITTLE WOMEN at both Cavod and LBC, and Alabama Lamb/Featured Dancer in Servant Stage’s BIG FISH. Tirzah also Assistant Stage Managed DEATHTRAP at the Fulton Theater, and will be working on several other projects this season, such as choreographing THE ADDAMS FAMILY at CVHS.
